5 star service. We went in tonight and got the best service we’ve gotten in all of Macinaw city. Delicious popcorn and even offered us a free sample. Very courteous guy behind the desk and great conversation. Strongly recommended. Good portion of premium popcorn for the price too.

We love the Popcorn Factory in Mackinaw City. We have visited every time we go to the Upper Peninsula. It is the GREATEST popcorn you will ever eat. Team members are awesome. They are Amazing.

FRESH! Great atmosphere! Must do when visiting mackinaw city Michigan !!! Friendly and helpful staff! I highly recommend the kettle corn flavor, pickle and salted caramel! Everyone loves the peanut butter as well. My daughter worked for the owner a few summers ago and he was very fair, kind and Courteous to her and our whole family still to this day. We love to stop in every time we come to Mackinac City. Highly recommend!

I have always been a fan of the Popcorn Factory. But unfortunately my last few times in Mackinaw city. I feel like the popcorn has more of a color dye flavor than the actual flavor in the popcorn. I had several people say the cotton candy popcorn taste like the food coloring more than the cotton candy 😟 less coloring more flavor.. But still a fan. I'll Just have to pick a different flavor next time.

Very upset. Young blond man came out to help me when I was waiting in the lobby. Manager came out and litterly started to shame, yell and discipline nice young man who was helping helping me. Manager then sent his wife to finish helping me while continuing yelling at this poor young man. Never again will I do business with this store again. Poor business practice.

Employee in there kept pulling down his mask to talk to us - which defeats the whole purpose of the mask. By doing this, he was continuously touching his face with one gloved hand and the other hand not gloved. This action was disturbing but we still decided to buy popcorn. As we were checking out, I watched the same employee use his gloved hand to wipe his sweat off of his forehead, he then looked at the sweat on his glove, wiped the sweat off his glove onto his clothes, and continued wearing the glove. I was so absolutely disgusted that he did that, that I couldn’t bring myself to eat the popcorn we just bought. Who knows what other kinds of disgusting things he touched while bagging up the popcorn. So, so gross.

Salted caramel corn is my favorite, grandson loves birthday cake popcorn...so many varieties and so good. We stop in whenever we are in Mackinac for popcorn or ice cream...Or both! So I purchased popcorn gift package online to send for a birthday gift!...easy to order and great customer service with my questions. Fast response! This is the best place for yummy treats!

Popcorn is always good and they have tons of different flavors. But, they always try getting you to buy more and spend more money even after you decline multiple times.

One of the Best Popcorn Shops in the USA, Only place I have ever seen or had Sour Patch popcorn, which is the best flavor. I travel 4+ hours just for my popcorn fix. I also have many clients or friends pick it up for me while they are there. Best customer service and freshest popcorn. You want great popcorn its a must stop. Stays fresh for a long time if closed up in the bags. And you now can order it online its perfect I can have it all the time now. A++ Business for sure. 😄🍿🙃We used to stop on the way across the bridge camp for a week and eat it then stop again on the way home for a bag to eat on the way home and more for the weeks after we get home. Only popcorn ill eat.
